Role Overview:

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Operations Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of Elevate residences in Hosur.

The role is about ensuring safety, discipline, and smooth functioning of hostels while creating a positive living experience for students and young professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily hostel operations at Elevate residences.
• Ensure safety, security, and discipline at all times.
• Act as the first point of contact for residents to address concerns and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and food teams to maintain smooth operations.
• Maintain proper attendance, entry/exit, and incident records.
• Support in organizing community-building activities for residents.
• Handle emergencies calmly and responsibly.
• Share regular updates and escalate critical issues to the Operations Manager.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Good communication skills in English (mandatory) plus at least one regional language.
• Approachable yet disciplined, with empathy for students and residents.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.​
• Flexible to work in shifts and available on-site.
