Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Service

• Greet customers and understand their requirements through effective interaction.
• Recommend suitable products and close sales to meet individual and store targets.
• Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints politely and professionally.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize basket value.

Store Operations

• Ensure proper product display as per VM guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and overall store presentation.
• Support stock handling including receiving, tagging, replenishment, and cycle counts.
• Ensure correct billing and cash/card transaction handling.

Product Knowledge

• Maintain strong knowledge of products, features, pricing, and offers.
• Stay updated on new launches, schemes, and promotions.

Process & Compliance

• Adhere to company SOPs, policies, and attendance norms.
• Follow loss prevention and safety guidelines.
