Job Summary

The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing labour and site activities to ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and as per terms. The role includes supervising manpower, maintaining site discipline, and ensuring timely completion of work.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities of workers
• Ensure work is executed as per scope and schedules
• Coordinate with vendors for manpower and materials

Manpower Management

• Monitor attendance, productivity, and deployment of contract labour
• Verify labour records, muster rolls, and work hours
• Ensure discipline and compliance with site rules

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure workers follow safety guidelines and PPE usage
• Report unsafe conditions and accidents immediately
• Support safety audits and toolbox talks

Quality & Progress Monitoring

• Check work quality and report deviations
• Track daily work progress and submit reports

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain daily site reports and work logs
• Coordinate for approvals, inspections, and measurements
• Support billing verification and work completion records

Qualifications & Skills

Education

• ITI / Diploma / Any Degree Experience
• 1–5 years experience in site supervision

Skills

• Knowledge of site operations
• Ability to manage contract workers effectively
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, attendance tracking)
• Good communication and coordination skills

Working Conditions

• Work at project/site locations
• May involve shifts and extended hours
• Field-based work
