Job Description
- Roles & ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities
- Understand customer technical requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical presentations
- Conduct product demos and technical discussions with clients
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, R&D, logistics)
- Follow up on leads and convert into orders
- Maintain strong customer relationships and after-sales support
- Prepare sales reports and market feedback
- Participate in exhibitions, client visits, and trade shows
- Required SkillsStrong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic technical understanding of products
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills
- Willing to travel for client meetings
- MS Excel, Word, and CRM knowledge preferred
- QualificationDiploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical / Industrial Engineering or related field
- MBA (Marketing) is an added advantage
