Technical Support Executive

The Technician should be min 10th or 12th Pass .

• Diploma in Computer Hardware & Networking Knowledge from Technical institutes 

• 6 Months of On-Field Experience with Desktops or Laptops preferred. 

• Knowledge on MS Office activation & software installation like Photoshop & Adaobe Suite

• Wireless Printer & Router Installation Setup . 

• Laptop & Desktop diagnose & Troubleshooting .Basic L1 Level 

• Should be able to offer Laptop demonstration with features knowledge & able to talk to clients with confidence .

• Every Croma laptop buyer ,should be explained about our Zip services & tried to be sold the appropriate service by him .

• Store Timing : 12.30 to Store Closing 8.30 -9 pm.

• Saturday & Sunday Working , can take a holiday between Monday to Friday 

• All Festivals will be working ,as per store , for which the holiday will be given alter on .

• Able to speak good Hindi , local regional language & Basic English language . 

• Techies near to the store location will be preferred, as they will save the travelling time
