Job Summary:

FURNIGENCE LLP is seeking a proactive and confident Telecaller to support our Sales Coordination activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cold calling, cold emailing, client follow-ups, and assisting in administrative tasks such as recruitment coordination and record keeping. This role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and good organizational ability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls to potential clients in the woodworking, cabinet making, and millwork industries.
• Send cold emails and follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and references.
• Coordinate with the sales and engineering teams to schedule meetings and share client requirements.
• Maintain and update client databases, lead trackers, and follow-up records.
• Assist in recruitment activities (shortlisting resumes, scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate records).
• Support administrative tasks such as documentation, filing, and maintaining company records.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills (English mandatory).
• Confidence in handling cold calls and email communication.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Prior experience in telecalling, sales coordination, or admin support is preferred.
