Mid-Level Accounts Executive – Requirements

Education

B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent

CA-Inter / CMA-Inter preferred (not mandatory)

Experience

3–6 years of hands-on experience in accounting & finance

Experience in GST, TDS, and compliance is a must

Industry exposure: Manufacturing / Trading / Service / FMCG (any)

Core Accounting Skills

Day-to-day accounting entries (Sales, Purchase, Journal, Cash, Bank)

Bank reconciliation (BRS)

Ledger scrutiny & account reconciliation

Month-end & year-end closing

Finalization support (P&L, Balance Sheet)

Taxation & Compliance

GST return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconciliation)

TDS calculation & return filing

Knowledge of Income Tax basics

Handling statutory compliance & notices (basic level)

Software Knowledge

Tally (ERP / Prime) – mandatory

MS Excel – VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Table, basic formulas

Experience with ERP systems is an added advantage

Coordination & Reporting

Coordination with auditors, consultants & banks

Preparing MIS reports

Vendor & customer reconciliation

Handling audits (internal / statutory support)

Other Skills
