• Maintain Financial Records
• Record daily financial transactions in accounting systems.
• Maintain accurate ledgers, journals, and financial documents.
• Prepare Financial Statements
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Generate balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow statements.
• Accounts Payable and Receivable
• Manage vendor payments and invoices.
• Monitor customer payments and follow up on outstanding dues.
• Bank Reconciliation
• Reconcile bank statements with company financial records.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Tax Compliance
• Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
• Ensure compliance with government tax regulations.
• Payroll Management
• Process employee salaries and maintain payroll records.
• Calculate deductions such as PF, ESI, and taxes.
• Budgeting and Financial Planning
• Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
• Monitor expenses and help control costs.
