Role Overview

A major logistics company looking for a talented and experienced professional to join our Finance & Accounts team as a Deputy Manager or Assistant Manager. The perfect fit will have solid experience in financial management in the SME sector, using their expertise to keep our operations financially healthy and fully compliant with regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger maintenance.
• Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of all statutory compliances, including GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
• Manage cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting for the organization.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth completion of financial audits.
• Implement and strengthen internal financial controls and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize operational costs and improve financial efficiency.

Educational Qualification

Fully qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant (CMA).

Experience

4 to 6 years of post-qualification work experience.

Industry Experience

Prior experience working in the SME sector is mandatory; experience within the Logistics industry is highly preferred.

Age Limit

Candidates must be up to 45 years of age.

Skills

Strong analytical abilities, proficiency in accounting software/ERP, excellent problem-solving skills, and a solid understanding of Indian accounting standards and tax laws.

Compensation

CTC

₹6.00 Lacs to ₹8.00 Lacs per annum (based on experience and interview performance).
