Job Title: Executive - Inventory (Night Shift)

Location: Dhulagarh Warehouse, Howrah, West Bengal

Shift Timings: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM or 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM (rotational as per operational needs)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Executive - Inventory for night shift operations at our Dhulagarh warehouse. The role involves managing stock accuracy, inbound/outbound processes, and supporting smooth warehouse efficiency in pharma retail logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock reconciliations to maintain 100% accuracy.
• Handle goods receipt, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch for inbound/outbound shipments.
• Monitor stock levels, flag discrepancies, and update records in warehouse management system (WMS).
• Ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance for pharma products to meet regulatory standards.
• Assist in loading/unloading, labeling, and quality checks during night operations.
• Maintain warehouse hygiene, safety protocols, and report any damages/shortages.
• Collaborate with warehouse team for timely order fulfillment and inventory audits.

Requirements:

• Qualification: 10th/12th pass or Graduate (any stream); prior warehouse/inventory experience preferred.
• Skills: Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel), attention to detail, physical fitness for lifting/moving goods.
• Experience: 1-2 years in inventory/warehouse operations (pharma retail a plus).
• Other: Willingness to work night shifts; reliable and team player.

What We Offer:

• In-hand Salary: ₹13,500 per month.
• Statutory Benefits: PF, ESIC coverage.
• Night Shift Allowance: ₹100 per day.
• Work Pattern: 26 working days/month; 4 weekly offs; paid sick leave as per company policy.
