Job Title: Field Associate (Political Outreach)

Location: West Bengal (Field-Based Role)

Compensation: ₹30,000 per month

• ₹21,000 Fixed Salary
• ₹4,500 Food Allowance
• ₹4,500 Petrol Allowance

Role Overview

We are hiring a politically aware and result-driven Field Associate who will conduct structured outreach on the ground. The role involves meeting assigned individuals, delivering a political pitch, converting them into active supporters/network partners, and submitting disciplined daily reports.

This is a high-ownership, high-mobility field role.

Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Political Outreach & Conversion

• Meet pre-identified individuals, leaders, influencers, and community stakeholders
• Deliver structured political pitch as guided by central team
• Persuade and convert individuals into supporters / network partners
• Strengthen grassroots presence in assigned geography

2️⃣ Relationship Building

• Build rapport with local leaders, social influencers, and active community members
• Maintain follow-up communication and engagement
• Expand and strengthen the local political network

3️⃣ Daily Reporting & Data Discipline

• Submit structured daily field reports
• Track meetings, conversions, feedback, and local political sentiment
• Use smartphone-based reporting tools (Google Sheets / Forms / WhatsApp reporting)
• Maintain proper documentation of outreach activity

4️⃣ Ground Intelligence

• Capture real-time local political mood
• Report opposition activity and narrative trends
• Provide actionable field insights to central team

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate (Mandatory)
• Fluent in Bengali (Mandatory)
• Basic working knowledge of Hindi and English
• Basic understanding of West Bengal politics
• Comfortable with extensive field travel

Mandatory Requirements

• Own smartphone (Android preferred)
• Own bike / motorcycle (with valid documents)
• Laptop / computer preferred
• Willing to work long hours during campaign periods
