Field Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, promoting our brand, and increasing sales in assigned territories. The role involves traveling within the district/state, building relationships with customers, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Acquire new customers by visiting households and explaining the benefits of purchasing from Aasthika Pharmacy

- Collect customer data, including contact information and medication requirements

- Build relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service

- Increase sales and expand customer base in assigned territories

- Travel within the district/state as required

- Meet sales targets and provide regular reports to management

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced environment

- Prior experience in sales/marketing is a plus

- Proficiency in local languages (Bengali, Hindi, etc.)

- Basic understanding of pharmaceutical products and customer needs
