*Financial Assistant – Job Description*
- *Main Tasks & Duties*
- *Lead & Supervise* – Handle day-to-day activities of the finance team, guide and mentor members.
- *Strategic Analysis* – Assess long-term financial trends, review prospects for growth, align financial strategy with business goals.
- *Team Development* – Recruit, train, appraise team members; set individual targets & action plans.
- *Stakeholder Interaction* – Coordinate with other departments, suppliers, clients, and external agencies.
- *Essential Abilities / Competencies*
- Qualifications: Degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration.
- Experience: Minimum 2–5 years in financial management roles, preferably with 2–4 years supervisory exposure.
- *Leadership* – Ability to drive a team, project management, decision-making.
- *Soft Skills* – Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, ability to work under pressure.
