Job Description
Floor Supervisor at RVSF (Registered Vehicle Scrapping Facility) is responsible for managing the daily operations of the vehicle scrapping/dismantling shop floor, ensuring productivity, safety, and compliance with environmental and technical standards. This role involves maintaining high safety and quality standards (including ELV - End of Life Vehicle norms). Oversee daily floor operations to ensure smooth workflow and high service standards, Supervise, guide, and support floor staff during shifts, Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and task assignments.
