FMCG Sales Executive

Job Summary:

As a Sales - DSR, you will play a crucial role in driving sales by visiting stores, collecting orders, and meeting sales targets. Your responsibilities also include collecting payments, basic daily reporting, and addressing outlet issues with a strong customer focus. This position requires a background in FMCG sales, the ability to visit multiple stores daily, and proficiency in using technology.

Responsibilities:

● Perform sales visits to stores, collect orders, and achieve assigned sales targets.

● Collect cash/cheques from a defined set of outlets.

● Provide basic daily reports on cash collections, sales, and credit.

● Address and resolve issues raised by outlets with a customer-focused approach.

● Ensure compliance with sales processes and guidelines.

● Use a PDA/smartphone and basic apps for sales activities.

● Maintain a strong drive for sales and exceptional customer service.

● Possess FMCG knowledge and adapt to product data quickly.

● Communicate effectively with the sales team and management.

● Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team sales objectives.

● Build and maintain positive relationships with store owners and staff.

Requirements:

● Minimum 12th pass or equivalent (10th pass with relevant experience is acceptable).

● FMCG sales background is essential.

● Must own a bike and have the ability to visit 40-50 stores per day.

● Proficiency in using a PDA/smartphone and basic apps.

● Basic knowledge of Excel is preferred.

● Strong mathematical skills for order and payment calculations.

● Fast learner with the ability to grasp product data quickly.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.

● Willingness to follow company procedures and guidelines.
