Labour Helper/Mazdoor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Factory Helper to assist in daily operations on the factory floor. The ideal candidate will support machine operators, maintain cleanliness, and help with material handling and packaging.

• Key Responsibilities:Assist machine operators in production processes.
• Load and unload materials and products.
• Pack, label, and move finished goods to storage or dispatch areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Requirements:Minimum education: [Class 8th/10th pass or as per company requirement]
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or factory setting is a plus
