Marketing Intern

Position: Intern – Marketing

Core Responsibilities:

1. Vendor Sourcing & Dealer Branding Support

● Identify and onboard local vendors for dealer branding materials (Glow Sign Boards, Sticker, Banners, Iron Frame Flex, etc.)

● Collect quotations from multiple vendors and prepare comparison sheets

● Coordinate with vendors for artwork sharing, printing, and delivery

● Track branding material installation status at dealer locations

● Maintain vendor database with contact details and rate cards

2. Inter-Department Communication

● Act as the central coordination point between Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations for dealer branding and marketing collateral requirements across hubs and dealer locations.

● Coordinate with the Supply Chain team for proper packing, labeling, and timely dispatch of marketing collaterals to hubs and dealer points.

3. Marketing Activity Execution Support

● Assist in planning and execution of dealer branding & Marketing activities

● Maintain activity tracker (vendor, cost, status)

4. Documentation & Reporting

● Prepare vendor comparison sheets and cost sheets

● Maintain branding inventory record

● Prepare weekly/monthly activity reports

● Maintain soft copy folders for designs, bills, and photos

5. Field Team Support

● Coordinate with sales executives for dealer branding requirements

● Track dealer-wise branding coverage

● Ensure branding materials are placed as per company guideline

● Collect feedback from field on branding visibility and quality

Skill Requirements

● Good communication skills (Bengali + Hindi)

● Basic Excel & Google Sheets knowledge

● Ability to follow up and coordinate

● Willing to travel locally for vendor visits

● Organized and responsible attitude
