Matri is on a mission to revolutionize female wellness. Featured on Shark Tank India, we are building a brand that breaks taboos and brings comfort to women across the country with our innovative solution Matri - A Menstrual Pain reliever device. We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Period Care Hostess to join at our Matri Experience Centre where Women can try the product.

Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with women visiting the booth.
• Explain the Matri device - its features, benefits, and how to use it.
• Offer live product demonstrations to interested Women.
• Create a friendly and judgment-free environment for conversations about menstrual pain and health.
• Encourage visitors to try and purchase the product after the demo.
• Build awareness about period health, hygiene, and self-care.
• Take feedback, photos, or short video testimonials of women sharing their experience after using or learning about the product.
• Maintain booth appearance and ensure all demo units are functional.
• Record visitor feedback and share insights with the Matri team.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any field ( strong communication, organizational, and people-management skills Preferable
• Warm, approachable, and jolly personality with excellent verbal communication abilities in Bengali , Hindi and English
• Approachable, cheerful personality with strong communication skills
• Customer Service skills and a customer-focused attitude

Basic sales instinct - ability to convert interest into purchase.
