We have openings in multiple departments, ranging from field operations to corporate management.

Available Positions

1. Field Technician (Pest Control Services)

Location: Hooghly, Howrah, Kolkata

Experience: 0-5 Years

Salary: Rs. 8000-15000 / Month + Incentive

Job Description:

• Provide pest control services at residential, commercial, and industrial locations.
• Identify pest issues, recommend treatment plans, and apply pest control solutions.
• Maintain safety protocols and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Report service completion and findings to the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Class 10 and above
• Certification in pest control services (Optional).
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license.

2. Supervisor (Field Operations)

Location: Hooghly, Howrah, Kolkata

Salary: Rs. 8000-15000 / Month + Incentive

Experience: 2-5 Years

Job Description:

• Supervise field technicians to ensure efficient and safe pest control service delivery.
• Coordinate daily schedules, route optimization, and team assignments.
• Conduct quality checks on service delivery and handle escalated customer issues.
• Train and mentor new technicians.
• Prepare reports for regional managers on operations and performance metrics.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Agriculture, Biology, or related field.
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in pest control services, with 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

3. Sales Executive (B2B & B2C Pest Control Services)

Location: Hooghly, Howrah, Kolkata

Salary: Rs. 15000-25000 / Month + Incentive

Experience: 2-5 Years

Job Description:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts with customers.
• Meet sales targets and participate in promotional activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in pest control or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
