Job Title: Production Manager

Location: Dhulagarh

Working Hours:

 Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

 Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

 National holidays leave applicable.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Manager from an ITI/Dipl(Mech), BE(Mech)

with 4-6 yrs exp in production background to oversee daily manufacturing operations. The candidate

will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, managing labour teams, and

achieving targeted output within timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

 Supervise and manage day-to-day production activities.

 Plan and organize production schedules to meet output targets.

 Efficiently manage and control labour workforce to ensure productivity.

 Monitor production processes and ensure optimal utilization of resources.

 Maintain quality standards and minimize wastage/rejections.

 Ensure timely maintenance of machines and equipment.

 Prepare daily production reports and track performance metrics.

 Ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards.

Eligibility & Requirements:

 ITI(Production), Dipl(Mech), B.E.(Mech)

 5–6 years of experience in production/manufacturing environment.

 Strong knowledge of production processes and shop floor management.

 Ability to handle labour teams effectively and drive output.

 Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.

 Basic reporting and documentation skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Male candidate preferred.

 Local candidates or those willing to work in Dhulagarh. Candidate should be from

Howrah/Hooghly belt

Compensation:

 Salary-Rs 30,000 pm(Gross) plus 1 month bonus, 1month leave
