Sales Team Leader

We are looking for a motivated Sales Team Leader to manage and guide the sales team, achieve targets, and ensure smooth daily operations. The candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and sales management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to achieve targets

Monitor daily sales performance and track team productivity

Assign leads and sales tasks to team members

Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews

Train new and existing team members on sales techniques

Develop sales strategies to improve conversions

Build and maintain customer relationships

Resolve customer complaints and team issues

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports

Coordinate with management for target planning and business growth

Qualification:

Graduate preferred
