Job Title: Store Keeper (Blood Bank)

Job Brief:

We are looking for a responsible Store Keeper to manage the inventory, storage, and issuance of blood bags, testing reagents, and other medical consumables in our blood bank. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate, up-to-date records, maintain optimal stock levels, and adhere to strict safety and quality control guidelines. 

Key Responsibilities (What you will do):

• Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and record all incoming materials (blood bags, reagents, reagents, consumables) in the inventory register/software.
• Storage & Organization: Organize and store supplies systematically, ensuring proper labeling and maintaining required temperature conditions.
• Stock Rotation (FIFO/FEFO): Implement First-In-First-Out (FIFO) or First-Expiry-First-Out (FEFO) to ensure older stock is used first and reduce wastage.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate daily stock, issue, and receipt reports. Prepare monthly stock reports for management.
• Monitoring Stock Levels: Monitor stock levels and raise purchase requests (replenishment) to avoid shortages of critical items.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure the store area is clean, safe, and complies with safety regulations. 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: 12th Pass, Diploma, or Graduate in any stream.
• Experience: working experience in storekeeping, inventory, or pharmacy, preferably in a hospital or blood bank setting.
• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of inventory software (ERP) and computer skills (MS Excel/Word).
• Qualities: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure. 

Preferred (Optional):

• Previous experience working in a blood bank.
