Tally Operator

Job Description:

We are a Rakhi manufacturing and wholesale company looking for a reliable Data Entry Operator to handle daily data entry, inventory records, and accounting-related entries. The candidate should be accurate, organized, and comfortable working with Excel and Tally Prime in a fast-paced production and wholesale environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update production, sales, and purchase data accurately
• Maintain stock and inventory records for finished goods and raw materials
• Use MS Excel for data entry, stock tracking, and basic reporting
• Handle billing, accounting, and inventory entries in Tally Prime
• Manage barcode entries and barcode-based inventory in Tally Prime (preferred)
• Ensure accuracy of data related to orders, dispatches, and returns
• Maintain proper records and support day-to-day office operations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Fast and accurate typing skills
• Working knowledge of MS Excel
• Experience with Tally Prime
• Good attention to detail and basic understanding of inventory management
