Job Description

A Team Coordinator is responsible for managing daily team activities, ensuring smooth communication, tracking performance, and supporting team members to achieve targets efficiently. They act as a bridge between management and the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily tasks and ensure team members meet deadlines

Monitor team performance and prepare regular reports

Communicate company goals, updates, and instructions to the team

Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members

Handle scheduling, meetings, and follow-ups

Resolve team issues and maintain a positive work environment

Track targets (sales/operations) and ensure achievement

Maintain records, data, and documentation properly

Assist managers in planning and executing strategies

Required Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications:

Minimum Graduate (any stream)
