π Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and organized Team Coordinator to support our insurance team in achieving operational excellence and business goals. This role is vital in ensuring smooth coordination, accurate documentation, regulatory compliance, and strong communication between teams and clients.
- π οΈ Key Responsibilities
- π₯ Team & Administrative Support Coordinate day-to-day activities of insurance agents and internal teams
- Manage schedules, attendance, and productivity reports π
- Organize team meetings, training programs, and performance reviews
- Prepare MIS reports, presentations, and dashboards π
- π Policy & Documentation Management Ensure timely processing of proposals, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations
- Maintain accurate policy records and client documentation ποΈ
- Coordinate with underwriting teams for policy issuance and approvals
- π Sales & Business Support Track sales targets, performance, and commissions π°
- Assist agents with leads, follow-ups, quotations, and product illustrations
- Support business development initiatives and pipeline management
- π€ Client & Stakeholder Coordination Act as a communication bridge between clients, agents, and internal departments
- Handle customer queries related to policies, renewals, and documentation π
- Coordinate with claims teams for updates and issue resolution
- βοΈ Compliance & Process Management Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and company policies
- Support internal audits and compliance checks β
- Maintain confidentiality of client and company information π
- π Qualifications Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or related field
- Insurance-related certifications are a plus π
- π‘ Skills & Competencies Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Good knowledge of insurance products and processes
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools π»
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
- π Experience 1β4 years of experience in insurance operations, coordination, or sales support
- Prior experience working with insurance agents or teams preferred
- π Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Accuracy and turnaround time of documentation
- Team coordination and operational efficiency
