Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Order Management
2. Record new orders, update quantities, and track completed and pending order quantities.
3. Production & Job Work Tracking
4. Maintain records of items sent for embroidery, stitching, and other job work, and track pending and completed quantities.
5. Material & Fabric Tracking
6. Record materials and fabric issued to production and maintain updated stock records.
7. Client Communication
8. Communicate with clients regarding order details, production progress, delivery schedules, and dispatch updates.
9. Weekly Report
10. Prepare and submit a weekly summary report to the directors regarding orders, production status, payments, and operational updates.
