Customer Care Executive

We're looking for a Customer Support representative for Telugu to join our semi-voice chat team!

Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries via live chat

- Handle occasional voice calls (inbound/outbound)

- Resolve issues and provide solutions

- Meet customer satisfaction targets

Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills (English & Telugu)

- Typing speed: 30 wpm

- Prior chat support experience preferred

- Comfortable with occasional voice calls

Shift Timings:

- Female: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM

- Male: 3:00 PM to 12 AM

Training:

- 3 weeks classroom training - Per day 300 rs stipend ( Day shift training)

- 2 weeks nesting period ( 5 days working 2 Weekoff between Mon to Fri)

Salary -13000 Inhand + OT ( fresher)

15000 Inhand + OT (Experienced)
