We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Support Representative to join our Nykaa/Flipkart As a Customer Support Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service experiences to our English and Hindi speaking customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via email, or chat English
- Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer complaints and concerns
- Utilize knowledge bases, FAQs, and other resources to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
