About the RoleWe are hiring for the AJIO Voice Inbound Process. The role involves assisting customers over calls regarding orders, deliveries, refunds, returns, payments, and product details. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.

• Roles & ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound customer calls and provide prompt, accurate support.
• Assist customers with order status, cancellations, returns, refunds, and payment issues.
• Maintain professionalism and deliver excellent customer experience.
• Record interactions and update systems accurately.
• Follow company SOPs, quality parameters, and compliance guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams for escalation cases.
• Shift TimingsBoys: Any 8-hour shift between 1:00 PM to 12:00 AM
• Girls: Any 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
• Week Off: Rotational between Monday to Friday
• Skills & RequirementsMinimum 10+2 / Graduate in any discipline.
• Strong communication skills in English & Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
• Good listening ability and problem-solving attitude.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts and week-offs.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Freshers & experienced candidates both eligible.
