Billing Excutive Responsible:

The candidate should be working with customers to ensure that invoices are accurate, providing customer service and resolving disputes and billing enquiries from customers, as well as maintaining accurate records of customer accounts.

To perform the above-mentioned duties, a Billing Executive must have excellent customer service skills, be detail-oriented, and have a high level of accuracy and organization. They also need to have strong communication and problem-solving skills and be able to work independently and as part of a team. A high school diploma or equivalent is typically the minimum requirement for a Billing Executive position. Some employers may prefer a degree in accounting, finance, or business administration. Additionally, experience with billing software and customer service may be
