Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy IT Coordinator with strong expertise in Digital Marketing and WhatsApp Automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing IT infrastructure while driving digital engagement, lead generation, and automated customer communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities

IT Coordination

• Manage and maintain company IT systems, networks, and software
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and provide technical support
• Coordinate with vendors for IT services and system upgrades
• Ensure data security, backups, and system performance

Digital Marketing

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing)
• Manage company website and optimize for performance and SEO
• Generate leads through online platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
• Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide reports

WhatsApp Automation & CRM

• Set up and manage WhatsApp Business API and automation tools
• Create automated workflows, chatbots, and broadcast campaigns
• Integrate WhatsApp with CRM systems for lead tracking and follow-ups
• Monitor engagement metrics and optimize communication strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, networking, and troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience in digital marketing tools and platforms
• Experience with WhatsApp automation tools (e.g., WATI, Twilio, Interakt, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems and integrations
• Familiarity with SEO, Google Ads, and social media marketing
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with automation tools like Zapier or Make (Integromat)
• Basic knowledge of HTML, WordPress, or website management
• Understanding of customer journey and lead funnel optimization
