Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Tele callers for MBA / Degree Admissions at IBMR Business School Campus at @Akshay Colony Vidyanagar Hubli. The Tele caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective students, providing information about MBA programs, addressing inquiries, and following up on leads. The role also involves maintaining and updating the database of potential applicants, scheduling appointments for campus visits, and supporting the admissions team in achieving enrollment targets. Ensuring a positive experience for prospective students through excellent customer service is a key responsibility.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in telecalling, customer service, or call center operations
• Ability to handle high volume of calls and work efficiently
• Familiarity with educational programs, preferably MBA admissions
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and databases
• High level of professionalism and dedication
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Minimum of Bachelor's degree preferred
