Roles & Responsibilities.

• Monitor and guide Team Leaders working in field operations.

• Ensure field activities are conducted as per assigned plans and timelines.

• Provide support to resolve operational issues on ground level.

• Maintain regular attendance records of Team Leaders and field staff.

• Ensure punctual reporting and proper workforce availability.

• Address absenteeism and maintain discipline.

• Conduct daily gate meetings to brief teams on targets, updates, and instructions.

• Communicate operational plans, safety guidelines, and daily priorities.

• Collect field feedback and address concerns.

• Obtain necessary permissions and approvals from HDMC (Hubli Dharwad Municipal Corporation) for ground-level activities.

• Maintain coordination with local officials to ensure smooth operations.

• Ensure compliance with municipal regulations.

• Assign daily and weekly targets to Team Leaders and field staff.
