Job Description

Role SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and computer-savvy Back Office Executive to support day-to-day operational, data entry, and documentation work.

The role involves handling product data, basic accounting entries, stock records, and digital documentation, ensuring smooth backend operations.


Key Responsibilities


1️⃣ Data Entry & DocumentationEnter product details into Excel / Google Sheets

  • Copy-paste, format, and organise product data from catalogs
  • Prepare structured sheets for website / portal uploads
  • Maintain digital records in Google Drive


2️⃣ Product & Catalog SupportExtract product information from physical or digital catalogs (typing / OCR)

  • Assist in uploading products to internal portals (training will be provided)
  • Ensure accuracy of specifications, pricing, and categories


3️⃣ Basic Accounting & Billing SupportUpload purchase and expense bills into Zoho

  • Tag and organise bills correctly
  • Maintain basic expense and vendor records


4️⃣ Stock & Operations SupportAssist in basic stock entry and stock tracking

  • Help maintain simple stock registers (physical & digital)
  • Coordinate with internal team for stock-related updates


5️⃣ Design & Label Support

  • Create basic price tags and labels using Canva
  • Print and organise price tags as required
  • Maintain consistency in formats and naming


6️⃣ General Back-Office SupportData cleaning and corrections

  • Organising files, folders, and records
  • Supporting small operational tasks as assigned

  • 🧠 Key Skills RequiredComfortable with computers and daily digital work

Good working knowledge of:


  • MS Excel / Google Sheets
  • Google Drive



  • Basic familiarity with Canva (price tags, simple designs)
  • Ability to copy-paste, format, and organise data accurately
  • Willingness to learn tools like Zoho and internal systems
  • Attention to detail and patience with repetitive tasks
