Job Description
- 🔹 Business & SalesAchieve branch targets for loan disbursement
- Identify new business opportunities in the local market
- Monitor field activities and customer acquisition
- 🔹 Collection & RecoveryEnsure timely collection of EMIs
- Monitor overdue accounts and reduce delinquency
- Support team in recovery of difficult cases
