Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive to expand our B2B referral network for our IVF hospital. The candidate will build relationships with gynecologists, hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare partners to increase patient referrals and strengthen the hospital’s presence in the fertility care market.
Key Responsibilities
1. B2B Partnership Development
Identify and develop partnerships with gynecologists, maternity hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers.
Build a strong referral network for IVF and fertility treatments.
Conduct regular visits to doctors and clinics to maintain relationships.
2. Lead Generation & Referrals
Generate patient referrals through partner doctors and clinics.
Promote hospital fertility services including IVF, IUI, ICSI, fertility testing, and reproductive treatments.
Track referral sources and maintain partner database.
3. Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with existing referral doctors and healthcare partners.
Provide updates about new treatments, success rates, and hospital facilities.
Coordinate with medical teams for smooth patient onboarding.
4. Marketing & Awareness
Organize doctor meets, CMEs, medical camps, and awareness programs.
Represent the hospital at medical conferences and networking events.
Support marketing campaigns targeting healthcare professionals.
5. Reporting & Performance
Maintain daily and weekly reports on field visits, partnerships, and referrals.
Achieve monthly referral and revenue targets.
Provide market insights and competitor analysis.
Required Skills
Strong communication and networking skills
Relationship building with doctors and healthcare professionals
Sales and negotiation abilities
Field marketing experience
CRM / lead management knowledge
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or Life Sciences
1–4 years experience in healthcare marketing / hospital marketing / IVF marketing / pharma sales preferred
Preferred Experience
Experience in hospital marketing, IVF centers, diagnostic labs, or pharma industry
Existing network with gynecologists and fertility specialists
