Customer Sales Executive – Arto Cult
🎯 Role Overview
The Customer Sales Executive at Arto Cult plays a pivotal role in driving user acquisition, nurturing relationships with creators and partners, and ensuring seamless coordination with internal operations. This is a full‑time in‑house role designed for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced creative ecosystem and enjoys balancing sales, service, and relationship management.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
1. Tele‑Sales & Lead Conversion
• Conduct outbound and inbound calls to onboard creators, partners, and customers.
• Present Arto Cult’s offerings (platform features, memberships, events, services) with clarity and enthusiasm.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, campus outreach, and referrals.
• Maintain high conversion rates through persuasive communication and product knowledge.
2. Relationship Management
• Build long‑term relationships with creators, students, institutions, and service partners.
• Act as the primary point of contact for onboarding, queries, and engagement.
• Understand user needs and guide them toward the right ArtoCult services or membership plans.
• Maintain strong rapport to drive retention, repeat usage, and referrals.
3. Operations & Service Coordination
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, content, events, tech support) to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Track user requests, service timelines, and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and ensure timely updates.
• Support execution of events, workshops, and community activities when required.
4. Reporting & Performance Tracking
• Maintain daily call logs, lead status, and conversion reports.
• Share insights on customer behaviour, objections, and market trends.
• Contribute to improving sales scripts, onboarding flows, and service processes.

• Strong communication skills in English and regional languages.
• Confident tele‑sales ability with persuasive and empathetic tone.
• Customer‑first mindset with a passion for relationship building.
• Basic understanding of CRM tools and sales tracking.
• Ability to coordinate across teams and manage multiple tasks.
• Problem‑solving attitude and willingness to learn.
🎓 Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in tele‑sales, customer service, or relationship management (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
• Experience in creative industries, education, or community platforms is a plus.
