Job Description

  1. Customer Support & Service Orientation - Strong communication skills to assist customers onsite and remotely.
  2. Field Service Experience - Ability to handle onsite visits, installations, demonstrations, and breakdown calls.
  3. Time Management - Efficient handling of multiple service calls, installations, and customer visits.
  4. Training & Customer Education - Capability to train end-users on software and hardware products.
  5. Problem-Solving Skills - Quick thinking and structured approach to resolving technical and operational issues.
  6. Product Demonstration Skills - Capability to give product demos to clients and support sales activities.
  7. Technical Troubleshooting - Ability to diagnose and resolve issues.
  8. Software Installation & Configuration - Hands-on experience installing, configuring, and updating billing software and related applications.
  9. Networking Basics - Knowledge of IP settings, LAN configuration, device connectivity, and printers.
  10. Sales Support & Pre-Sales Skills - Ability to assist the sales team with technical input, demo presentations, and customer queries.
  11. Documentation & Reporting - Ability to record service activities, prepare reports, and maintain service logs.
  12. Team Collaboration & Coordination - Ability to work closely with sales, service teams, and management to ensure smooth operations.
  13. Hardware Maintenance & Repair - Knowledge of repairing and maintaining POS machines, cash counters, printers, and automation equipment.
  14. Electrical & Electronic Knowledge - Basic understanding of circuitry, components, and safety procedures for handling automation devices.
  15. POS & Cash Handling Equipment Expertise - Experience with cash registers, cash counters, sorters, and related machinery.
