Field Marketing Executive

We are seeking a proactive Marketing Field Executive for our solar company. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in field marketing or sales in a related industry, basic knowledge of solar technology/products, and strong communication skills.

Key responsibilities:

- Conduct on-ground marketing and lead-generation activities (door-to-door, community outreach, events).

- Meet potential customers, explain solar solutions and benefits, and qualify leads for the sales team.

- Promote brand awareness in assigned territories and build local relationships with homeowners, businesses, and partners.

- Collect market feedback, competitor insights, and customer requirements; report regularly to marketing/sales managers.

- Support installation coordination and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Maintain accurate records of activities and leads in company CRM or reporting tools.

Required qualifications:

- Minimum 1 year of similar field marketing, sales, or customer-facing experience.

- Basic understanding of solar energy systems, components, and common customer benefits (e.g., energy savings, incentives).

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

- Comfortable working outdoors and traveling within assigned area.

- Goal-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently.

Preferred:

- Experience in renewable energy or home-improvement sales.

- Familiarity with local regulations, incentives, or financing options for solar installations.

- Basic smartphone/CRM app skills.
