Job Description
- Key Responsibilities
- Merchant Onboarding: Identify and enroll retailers, service providers, and vendors into the AGSKart platform.
- Field Promotions: Visit local markets, explain our services (offline shopping, travel, insurance, recharge, digital marketing, etc.) and encourage adoption..
- Customer Education: Train merchants and users on how to use AGSKart's super-app and cashback features.
- Relationship Management: Build trust with local merchants; provide consistent post-sales support.
- Reporting: Maintain sales logs, share feedback, and track performance in line with targets.
- Market Expansion: Help AGSKart grow its brand presence in semi-urban and rural pockets of Karnataka
