Job Description
- Greet customers warmly and take accurate food & beverage orders.
- Prepare and serve food, beverages, and desserts according to company recipes and quality standards.
- Operate POS system, handle billing, and manage cash/card transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet, including dining area, counter, and kitchen.
- Restock food, beverages, and supplies as required.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures of the store.
- Work as part of a team to deliver a great customer experience.
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers to customers.
