Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Labor Management- Hire and manage low cost labor for Cement Bag Handling.
- Operational Oversight: Conduct frequent visits to depots to ensure smooth operations and SOP compliance
- Audit & Quality Control: Perform regular stock audits and investigate any discrepancies
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve operational issues faced by Warehouse Depot In Charges
- Recruitment & Training: Hire new Depot In Charges and ensure they are trained in operational protocols and efficiency measures
- Cost Management: Identify opportunities for cost reduction including transportation labour and procurement
- Business Growth Initiatives: Suggest and implement strategies to improve depot performance and business expansion
- Reporting & Documentation: Submit detailed reports on depot visits highlighting challenges solutions and improvement opportunities
