Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Marketing Executive to promote and sell our software products in the education and healthcare sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B software marketing and sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of closing deals and achieving targets.

• Key Responsibilities:Identify and generate leads through market research, cold calling, and networking.
• Conduct product presentations and demos to educational institutions and healthcare organizations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to achieve sales targets.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to the product development team for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams including sales, support, and product to ensure smooth implementation and client onboarding.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, pipeline status, and daily activity logs.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in marketing or sales of software products, especially in the education and healthcare domain.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients/accounts.
• Good understanding of software solutions, especially ERP, HMIS, or campus management systems is a plus.
• Proficiency in Kannada, English, Gujarati, Marathi and Hindi will be an added advantage.
