Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Product Trainer who can effectively deliver product-based training along with soft skills programs. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to engage diverse learners in an interactive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver product training sessions (Tally and related solutions) to employees.

• Conduct soft skills training on topics such as Communication, Teamwork, Leadership, Time Management, and Customer Handling

• Design and develop engaging training materials, presentations, activities, and assessments

• Customize training modules based on audience needs

• Evaluate participants and provide constructive feedback and performance reports

• Maintain training schedules and ensure session effectiveness

• Support learners with doubt-clearing and mentoring

• Stay updated with product changes and soft skills training trends

Required Skills & Competencies

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a trainer (Product / Soft Skills / Corporate Training)

• Strong expertise in soft skills training methodologies

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Kannada

• Confidence in handling groups and conducting workshops

• Ability to simplify complex concepts into easy-to-understand language

• Good presentation and facilitation skills

• Proficient in MS Office and basic digital tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Any graduate from a recognized university

• Experience in EdTech, corporate training, or product-based training preferred

• Passion for teaching, mentoring and continuous learning

• A positive, energetic and professional attitude
