Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesContact customers with overdue accounts via phone calls and field visits
- Negotiate repayment plans and settlements
- Achieve assigned monthly recovery targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment updates
- Track and monitor delinquent accounts
- Coordinate with legal teams for escalated cases
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recovery reports
