Job Description


Key Responsibilities




1. Store Operations Management



  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth service flow.
  • Ensure strict compliance with SOPs, brand standards, and hygiene protocols.
  • Maintain food safety standards (HACCP / FSMS compliance).
  • Monitor opening and closing procedures.


2. Sales & Revenue Growth


  • Drive sales targets and maximize store profitability.
  • Implement local store marketing (LSM) activities.
  • Analyze daily sales reports and take corrective actions.
  • Upsell and promote combo offers and seasonal products.




3. Team Leadership & Training



  • Recruit, train, and develop service crew and supervisors.
  • Conduct daily briefings and performance reviews.
  • Maintain discipline and positive work culture.
  • Ensure proper manpower scheduling to control labor cost.




4. Customer Service Excellence



  • Ensure high service standards and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally.
  • Monitor service time and product quality.




5. Inventory & Cost Control



  • Monitor stock levels and minimize wastage.
  • Conduct daily/weekly stock audits.
  • Control food cost, variance, and pilferage.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement.




6. Financial Management



  • Handle cash management and banking procedures.
  • Prepare daily sales reports and expense tracking.
  • Monitor P&L performance and work on cost optimization.




7. Compliance & Safety



  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and audit readiness at all times.
  • Ensure equipment maintenance and preventive servicing.
