Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Store Operations Management
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth service flow.
- Ensure strict compliance with SOPs, brand standards, and hygiene protocols.
- Maintain food safety standards (HACCP / FSMS compliance).
- Monitor opening and closing procedures.
2. Sales & Revenue Growth
- Drive sales targets and maximize store profitability.
- Implement local store marketing (LSM) activities.
- Analyze daily sales reports and take corrective actions.
- Upsell and promote combo offers and seasonal products.
3. Team Leadership & Training
- Recruit, train, and develop service crew and supervisors.
- Conduct daily briefings and performance reviews.
- Maintain discipline and positive work culture.
- Ensure proper manpower scheduling to control labor cost.
4. Customer Service Excellence
- Ensure high service standards and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints professionally.
- Monitor service time and product quality.
5. Inventory & Cost Control
- Monitor stock levels and minimize wastage.
- Conduct daily/weekly stock audits.
- Control food cost, variance, and pilferage.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement.
6. Financial Management
- Handle cash management and banking procedures.
- Prepare daily sales reports and expense tracking.
- Monitor P&L performance and work on cost optimization.
7. Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and audit readiness at all times.
- Ensure equipment maintenance and preventive servicing.
