Restaurant Manager

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Manager to lead the operations of our ice cream parlour / quick service outlet. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing a motivated team, maintaining product quality, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, from opening to closing.

• Manage and train staff to deliver outstanding service and maintain high product standards.

• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with food safety regulations.

• Monitor inventory, place orders, and control wastage.

• Achieve sales targets and manage store profitability.

• Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in managing a QSR, café, or ice cream parlour.

• Strong leadership and people management skills.

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

• Basic knowledge of inventory management and POS systems.

• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
