Job Description

Job Title: Real Estate Sales Closure


Experience: 3-5 years (minimum 2–3 years in team handling)

Location: Hubli


Role & Responsibilities:


Lead and manage sales team to achieve bookings and revenue targets


Drive site visits and improve site visit-to-booking conversions


Allocate and monitor leads through CRM


Conduct daily reviews and weekly performance meetings


Support team in customer negotiations and closures


Ensure timely reporting and discipline within the team



Skills Required:


Strong team handling and leadership skills


Excellent communication & negotiation skills


Target-oriented with real estate market knowledge


  • CRM/Lead management experience preferred
