Job Responsibilities & Requirements
Handle Karnataka state sales operations from Hubli–Dharwad region with Work From Home flexibility.
Communicate with customers in Kannada (English/Hindi working knowledge preferred).
Manage and convert incoming leads from phone calls, WhatsApp, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
Handle B2C (farmer direct) as well as B2B (dealer, distributor, agri implement seller) sales.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the company.
Develop and execute plans for business expansion across entire Karnataka, including identifying new districts, dealers, and potential partners.
Coordinate with existing and new dealers / commission agents for product demos, pricing, and order execution.
Conduct customer follow-ups, price negotiations, and order closures professionally.
Plan and undertake field travel within Karnataka for dealer meetings, bulk buyers, demos, and business development when required.
Maintain daily sales activity reports, including calls made, leads followed, conversions, and pipeline status.
Share weekly and monthly sales reports with management in the prescribed format.
Ensure complete company control over pricing, branding, and customer communication.
Collect market feedback, competitor information, and customer requirements to support product and business strategy.
Work closely with the head office for dispatch coordination, payment follow-up, and after-sales support.
Specific Requirements
Must be based in or around Hubli–Dharwad, Karnataka.
Strong fluency in Kannada is mandatory.
Experience in agriculture implements / machinery / rural sales will be an added advantage.
Ability to handle targets, pressure, and independent working.
Willingness to travel across Karnataka as per business requirements.
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, calls, Google Sheets / reporting tools.
Self-driven, disciplined, and focused on long-term business growth in Karnataka.
