Senior Tele Caller

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Telecaller to manage inbound and outbound calls, generate quality leads, and support the sales team in achieving targets. The candidate should be confident, persuasive, and result-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and attend inbound inquiries

• Explain company projects and services clearly

• Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads

• Schedule site visits/meetings for the sales team

• Maintain accurate call records and update CRM daily

• Follow up with existing customers for feedback and closures

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead targets

• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams

Requirements & Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of telecalling experience

• Excellent communication skills (English & local language)

• Strong convincing skills

• Target-driven and self-motivated

• Basic computer and CRM knowledge
